Defyhatenow East Africa

The #defyhatenow initiative was struggling with how they can use social media, i.e, Facebook and Twitter to have a better reach to the audiences that they are trying to engage. They wanted a creative agency that could come up with solutions to the things they were struggling with, which are:

  • Struggling to get more followers.
  • Struggling to increase your engagement rate.
  • Needed an outside perspective and expertise on your social media strategy and goals.

In other words they were  seeking strategy.


We were tasked with coming up with the East African strategy for the entire social media campaign. We were requested to create create Facebook & Twitter channels and make sure that the profiles are complete. Apart from that we needed to come up with videos, images, and contents to be put up everyday. We were also tasked with coming up with videos, animations, and graphics that would further the mission of the organization.
