Bright Light
What we did
It was pretty straightforward from the discussions that we had at the commencement of the project. We wanted the project to be as collaborative as possible and, thankfully, that is what we got. Having informed us that they wanted a simple, innovative, futuristic website that could help tell their story to the world, we put our heads together and came up with a template that we hoped would do an excellent job at representing their ideas the right way.
We settled on a design that was minimal and easy to navigate. The minimal design was accentuated with vibrant colours to create an atmosphere of creativity that could engage visitors and keep them glued to the webpage. At the same time, we strived to strike a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics by making the site light but also incorporating a split-screen technique- one of the latest visual design trends- in homepage and choosing an eye-catching colour scheme. Furthermore, we used explanatory text to educate the audience as well as enhance the appearance of the site.
The outcome
With their input guiding us through the entire design and piloting journey, there was no way we would fail to deliver what we had promised. They informed us that they were thrilled to have worked with us and that we had delivered a unique custom design that had also surpassed their expectations. This, we acknowledged gracefully.
Task
BrightLight laid down the gauntlet and challenged us to live up to the high expectations that they had come with. We knew that we had a fight on our hands. It was now upon us to go the extra yard to impress them and ensure that they, too, became our ambassadors. So we called them over to have a one-on-one discussion. We wanted them to tell us more about who/ what they are, what they do, where they see themselves in the next five years, and, most importantly, how and what considerations they have for their website.
